Refund policy

House of Azuro products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt under the EU statutory right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all supplied accessories, dust bags, detachable straps, and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a boutique; handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product may result in liability for diminished value.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs. If an item is received damaged, faulty, or non-conforming, House of Azuro will cover appropriate return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice or upon receipt of the returned item/proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To initiate a return, get in touch with us at contact@houseofazuro.com.
